To build beautiful countryside and win the battle against rural environmental improvement, Yaobang Environmental Company of Yuxian County is taking action.

I.Party Building Leadership and Responsibility Implementation

    The village's Party committee takes the lead in command, jointly establishing a responsibility group with Yaobang Environment. They implement a system where village cadres are assigned to specific areas and Party members to individual households. By integrating online and offline efforts, they ensure the effective implementation of the work. 

II.Innovate Methods and Promote Governance

    Adhere to the leadership of the Party building, and implement the "1+2+3" working method: strengthen the collaboration between cadres and the masses, improve the long-term mechanism, revise the village regulations and folk conventions, and guide villagers to develop good habits.

III.Taking Multiple Measures to Improve the Environment

    We have formulated detailed regulations for environmental hygiene management and advanced infrastructure construction. We have deployed over 1,100 personnel, 603 operation vehicles, and 8,000 trash bins, built 12 garbage transfer stations, and cleared 2,820 garbage collection points, significantly enhancing the cleanliness level and working conditions. 

IV.Extensive Publicity and Creating an Atmosphere

    Through multi-channel publicity and activities such as the selection of "Civilized Families" and "Most Beautiful Courtyards", villagers' enthusiasm for participation is stimulated. The distribution rate of publicity materials to households reaches 100%. 

 V.Focus on Key Challenges and Resolve Difficulties

    Party members and cadres have delved into the frontlines, implementing a grid-based management approach to tackle key and difficult issues. Since 2024, over 5,000 tons of garbage have been cleared, and more than 1,350 illegal dumping sites have been addressed. Volunteers have been recruited to promote and assist in the work within villages.

    In addition, Yaobang Environment has established a "Home Guardian" team composed of villagers and sanitation workers to enhance the villagers' sense of ownership. As of April 2024, the project has covered 470 natural villages in Yuxian County. In the future, Yaobang Environment will continue to innovate and contribute to the construction of beautiful villages.
