For rural revitalization, the environment is the foundation. Improving the living environment is an important task in implementing the rural revitalization strategy and also the deep expectation of the residents. Yaobang Environment's PPP project for rural garbage management in Yuxian County has established a long-term mechanism to persistently carry out comprehensive cleaning and rectification of garbage on the main roads, small alleys, and in front of and behind houses in the villages and groups within its jurisdiction. The living environment has significantly improved and the "appearance level" of the villages and communities has been continuously upgraded. 

    We have carried out extensive publicity and mobilization. The staff of Yaobang Environment advocated for the education and on-site practice activities of "Love Our Home, Clean Our Home, Start with Me" within the jurisdiction, to cultivate role models, to lead by example, to promote a new trend of courtesy, and to foster a strong atmosphere of cleanliness and beautification in each administrative village. We aim to enhance the public's awareness of cleanliness and environmental protection, foster a strong social atmosphere, and create a good environment where everyone participates. 

    Organize carefully and strengthen leadership. We will make the work of eliminating garbage throughout the area an important part of the operation affairs, hold special meetings to study and deploy it, establish environmental sanitation management teams, organize the comprehensive environmental improvement work uniformly, clarify the division of labor, refine the tasks, implement the responsibilities, and break down the responsibilities layer by layer. 

    Start from the point and move on to the surface, and promote as a whole. Careful deployment of actions, under the premise of adhering to the principle of concentration and dispersion, standardizing garbage collection points to clear accumulated garbage, sweeping up exposed garbage, setting up trash cans and garbage bins, and rationally arranging personnel for positions, formed a powerful synergy for the comprehensive improvement work, ensuring the smooth progress of the project. The environmental sanitation improvement within the jurisdiction was divided into several large areas, and each large area was further divided into several small areas. The group leaders were responsible for each area, and sanitation workers were organized to carry out a thorough cleaning of the garbage along some designated sections of the road, completely eliminating sanitation dead corners.

     Innovate mechanisms and manage in a long-term manner. Implement regular and long-term management, and establish a target mechanism. After research and decision by the management, the implementation plan for the comprehensive improvement of the environment with no garbage throughout the region was formulated, clarifying the goals of the improvement work, providing guarantees for the advancement of the entire work, and ensuring regular evaluation and rectification. 

    Every day of the past, we have witnessed the great changes here. In order to make the sky bluer, the water clearer, the soil cleaner and the land greener, and to keep everyone's smiling face, the Yaobang Environment Yuxian Rural Garbage Management PPP Project is being fully implemented. 280 administrative villages, over 1,100 operators and 603 sets of various types of operation vehicles are always on the front line to safeguard our beautiful homeland. With scientific management, systematic operation and quality service, we will contribute to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and strive for the common goal of building beautiful villages that are eco-friendly, livable, beautiful and clean.
